The Prince William Department of Social Services will plant a Pinwheel Garden at the McCoart Administration Building, and you are invited to help. The Pinwheels for Prevention Project encourages individuals and organizations to join together and raise public awareness of the importance of preventing child abuse. Pinwheels symbolize a healthy and happy childhood, something every child in Prince William County deserves.
